I also just bought the logitech g710+ gaming keyboard aswell. My logitech c920 works on both my dell and gaming pcs on windows 10. I've reinstalled this software a 100 times, checked to make sure all of my drivers are up to date, such as usb and chipset, i've always switched different usb ports, to 3.0 to 2.0 and back, but nothing seems. Make sure you get the software from logitech's web site.
